We accept return or refund requests under the following conditions:
Defective or damaged products: If your camera arrives faulty, damaged, or not functioning properly.
Incorrect items: If you receive the wrong product compared to your order.
Missing items: If an accessory or part of the order is missing.
To qualify, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos or video evidence of the issue.
We cannot accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
Change of mind or buyer’s remorse (wrong model, color, or storage size ordered).
Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper installation.
Normal wear and tear after use.
Orders placed with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Contact us at return@focuslylab.com within 7 days of delivery to request a return or refund.
Provide your order number and proof of the issue (photo/video).
If approved, we will provide instructions for return shipping (if required).
Once the product is received and inspected, we will process your refund or send a replacement.
Please note: Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is caused by our error (wrong or defective item).
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
If you have not received your refund after this period, please check with your bank or card provider before contacting us.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us at exchange@focuslylab.com.

Contact your credit card company or bank (it may take some time to post).
If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, email us at contact@focuslylab.com.
Standard delivery time is 5–12 business days, depending on your location. Delivery delays caused by customs, courier issues, or incorrect addresses are not eligible for refunds.
